Testimonials

It is always reassuring to hear those that have experienced Lulujean Flow Yoga provide valuable feedback and praise. Here are just a handful of our current "Yogi's" experiences you may like to read.

Aerial yoga is fun! It still has the calming focus and body benefits of Vinyasa Flow but the silks allow a lot of interesting poses. I’ve enjoyed hanging upside down like when I was a kid and I can also feel the benefits to my spine and posture.

Jean is fantastic at walking us through the movements so it can be as easy or complicated as we like.

Loved my first term, definitely coming back.

Aerial yoga is an exciting challenge for the mind and body!

It is a great building block on traditional yoga as the silk allows you to explore the way your body can move on a whole new level. The practice is dynamic and fun.

I would like to thank you for a wonderful term attending your aerial yoga!  It was my very first time trying it and I absolutely love it.

It has made me trust my body and believe in its ability.

Your amazing flow in the class makes it so enjoyable and every week I look forward to hanging upside down.

Thank you for introducing me to this amazing practice!

I've been attending Jean’s yoga classes. You're a very nice person, well presented, safety conscious and well organised.

As I enter your yoga studio, the calm music and soothing fragrance makes you feel energized. I find your teaching techniques were very simply and clear to follow. From your lessons, I've gained relaxation, calmness and flexibility. I really enjoyed your yoga classes and I would recommend more people to join. I love your work.

Hi Jean, just wanted to say thank you for introducing me to yoga, up until recently I never gave it a thought, but now after only a few lessons I love it and will continue with it. I love that I am now able to find more movement and flexibility in understanding my body, and love the meditation side as it has allowed me to de stress and completely relax, once again thank you and look forward to my next session.

Hi Jean,

Your yoga class has really challenged me with the workout and positions like planking! Jean instills confidence and encourages you every step of the way. She is an excellent instructor and also a great mentor for all ages and levels. Thank You Jean for a very well instructed class!

The flow sequence has been a great workout. Each exercise was explained explicitly as we were guided through from beginner to more advanced levels. The importance of correct technique was always emphasised.

The flow sequence allowed students to safely experiment with each level of difficulty. Emphasis was placed on individuality & students were guided to choose the level that suited their needs.

The recent sequence was a challenging workout when all advanced options were chosen. I was able to implement combination of intermediate to advanced moves throughout the sequence to give me a great workout & respect my injuries & older body that no longer flexes as it used to.

Thanks Jean, for the opportunity to join the group.

I found additional yoga classes vey beneficial, building agility and my confidence to execute sequence movements. Jean regularly modelled correct technique and broke the sequence into small parts. There was a thorough understanding by all of how to execute the new sequences safely and rhythmically. I would continue the additional class.

Jean always goes through a new sequence and explains each movement before we attempt it and offers alternate moves for anyone with knee or back issues. I never thought I had the strength to “plank” but Jean gave us examples of different ways to “plank” and I alternated between the two and was able to hold the plank for longer intervals each time we practiced the sequence. I feel my balance and strength improved whilst practising the new sequence and I always worked up a sweat so felt I was really getting something out of this new sequence.
